Shipping and Customer Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Memoir orders ship Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day. While we aim to ship orders the same day, we ask for 3 to 5 days for processing and up to 8 days for delivery. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to notify you.
Double check your shipping address. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, we are unable to change your delivery information.
NOTE: Once the status of your shipment shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please ensure that your delivery location is safe and secure.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase following the date of delivery.

Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Refunds are only granted on products that have NOT been opened or used.
Note that all items must be returned with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product(s) were not as ordered or arrived damaged. We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping a record of the tracking as we cannot be held responsible for product(s) lost in transit.
We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

TRACKING
Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation email, which will include courier service along with tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Memoir Fragrances does not offer international shipping at this time. We currently serve the continental United States only.
